Department of Homeland Security

• DHS PACTS – Won more DHS PACTS Task Orders than any other DHS PACTS contractor, providing program management (Functional Category 1) and administrative support services (Functional Category 2) as a prime contractor for the largest ($1.5B) SDVOSB a department-wide $1.5 billion ID/IQ contract to support DHS on a worldwide basis. In the short time since its award LongView has won task orders in areas such as ICE, FLETC, USCIS, FEMA, and FPS.


• National Cyber Security Division – Provide broad program organizational support and coordination across other DHS divisions such as drafting policy across a wide spectrum of program management disciplines, creating a formal and robust performance management process across NCSD and its sister organizations, developing performance metrics and performance metrics program, and supporting the creation of the Mission Needs Statement (MNS), the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) documents, and the Operational Requirements Document (ORD).


• Network Security Deployment – Provide program management and budgetary support to the Network Security Deployment (NSD) Branch of the National Cyber Security Division (NCSD). Provide program and project management support to include Earned Value Management (EVM) guidance, comprehensive Risk Management development consultation, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and implementation, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and implementation.


• Field Office Support Services (FOSS) – Assist the USCIS Regional Office in NYC with records distribution and maintenance, file operations, data entry, file and pending application/petition inventory requirements, FBI name checks and fingerprint checks, interview and oath ceremony scheduling, and production of naturalization/citizenship certificates.

• Third Party Outpatient Collection System (TPOCS) – Redesign, develop, migrate, and globally deploy the standard patient accounting system designed to assist medical treatment facilities in the collection, tracking, and reporting of data required for the outpatient billing process. Deploy to approximately 125 Army, Navy, and Air Force sites worldwide.


• Defense Medical Human Resources System-Internet (DMHRSi) – Implement and Train an Oracle 11i based enterprise resource planning solution that has been configured to support the MHS’ medical treatment gacilities. Deploy to over 300 sites and 170,000 users worldwide.  Provided senior training, change management, and data migration.


• Information Assurance – Provide technical assistance in support of the automated information systems/network IA program including technical reviews, DIACAP, and resolution of security issues. Monitor the development and implementation of systems in accordance with DoD IA policy and standards.


• AHLTA - Theater - Leverage proven AHLTA/CHCS System Sustainment Support expertise to facilitate business process changes, ensure program continuity with uninterrupted service, implement technological advancements, and support future migration.

Secure Electronic Medical Records System (SEMRS)™
SEMRS is a secure web-based platform built based on a Microsoft.Net web-based Internet technology designed to transition medical practices and healthcare organizations from managing hard copy paper records to an electronic medical records system. It is configured to meet the specific needs of the healthcare industry and to comply with HIPAA regulations regarding how charts are created, stored, accessed, and re-filed. The SEMRS platform requires no additional software, hardware, space, or support personnel with a quick and easy implementation and deployment schedule.

Secure Coding and Auditing Task Management System (SCATMS)™
SCATMS is a web-based application that provides an on-site or remote coding and auditing platform. It increases productivity in the medical coding process and furnishes health industry providers with a configurable framework to easily manage workflow, affords multiple levels of access, performs quality assurance, monitors coder productivity, and stores coded charts for future use.

Secure Electronic Document Management System (SEDMS)™
SEDMS is a web-based, electronic document management solution that works in concert with virtually any IT system, allowing quick, seamless integration. It allows you to securely scan, capture, retrieve, and view documents from any Internet connection. SEDMS has unlimited scalability and extensive security levels for various user groups making it ideal for smaller sized organizations or larger enterprise-wide organizations. Users maintain compliance with both internal and external regulatory guidelines by giving auditors, administrators and directors documented evidence of application activity.

Secure Web Enabled Archive Retrieval (SWEAR)™
SWEAR is a secure web-based, repository that provides global access via a web browser for the storage, management, retrieval, and delivery of virtually any document. SWEAR boasts a three-tiered security and encryption so that the integrity of corporate information is never compromised and documents remain invisible to those without proper access. Corporate system administrators set up and manage users, groups, project access and document-level security, using audit logs to monitor activity.

We eliminate potential hardware failures by using backup power sources, multiple data networks, and redundant storage arrays, guaranteeing uninterrupted service and accessibility. An advanced backup strategy ensures that all data is written to multiple media devices within hours of being uploaded.

Student Enrollment and Information Management System (SEIMS)™
SEIMS is a document workflow and student processing application designed to assist colleges and universities with data management throughout the enrollment cycle. SEIMS works within the business rules of your institution and allows college administrators access and retrieve electronic files in a simple web interface. SEIMS transforms static paper into a streamlined, dynamic format. SEIMS allows administrators to build student profiles that match against target markets and demographics. Then SEIMS extracts data according to the administrators’ specifications, stores the information electronically, and makes it accessible anytime, anywhere via the internet.
