Corporate Personnel
Mike Robbins, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Mike Robbins provides leadership for LongView’s business operations and is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy. Mr. Robbins has been LongView’s COO since 2008. Prior to joining LongView, Mr. Robbins spent just under seven years with Battelle Memorial Institute. As a Regional Manager in Battelle’s National Security Global Business operations, he was responsible for integrating efforts between program managers, business support, marketing, and logistics operations with an annual revenue of over $70 million. Before beginning his career in industry, Mr. Robbins served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for twenty years. Mr. Robbins received an MBA from The College of William and Mary.

Toby Gouker, Ph.D., Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Gouker brings more that 30 years of commercial and federal experience to LongView in areas ranging from Research and Development, Product Development, to Information Management and Technology Services. He has worked in a variety of high technology fields, including emerging information technology, synthetic fuels, biotechnology, nanotechnology, clean coal technology, emission control, and digital imaging. His experiences range from working with start-up companies to helping grow Fortune 100 firms. His most recent experiences have been in successfully assisting small businesses develop technology services and product portfolios. As an example he directed operations for CertisUSA, where he led the effort to grow it into a multinational enterprise developing, manufacturing, and supplying a variety of bio-rational products to meet the needs of federal, state, and international governments as well as the needs of private sector clients. Dr. Gouker maintains a strong relationship with the academic community and regularly teaches at area universities.

Lucas Curley, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lucas Curley, as the technical strategist at LongView, is responsible for identifying and nurturing new technologies, executing them into viable and cost effective solutions, establishing LongView’s technical vision, and leading all aspects of LongView’s technology development. Mr. Curley works as a trusted strategic partner with customers, helping them identify their deficiencies, plan their strategy, and achieve their technology goals. Mr. Curley brings to LongView over 15 years of experience as a proven technology industry leader. His passion for technology has successfully guided LongView’s cutting-edge solutions strategy, and allowed our customers to realize the full benefits of innovative technology. Mr. Curley has held increasingly challenging positions within the Department of Defense, and non-DoD Federal information systems community. He has worked with numerous clients including Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Sea Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Department of Labor (DOL), and Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS). Mr. Curley holds a B.S. In Computer Science, and an MS in Information Systems Management, and continues to maintain technical certifications, including MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer), MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer), as well as MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer).

Tim Hatcher, Sr. Vice President, Classified Programs
Mr. Hatcher served in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 21 years. He has over 28 years of Special Operations and Intelligence Community (IC) experience. During his time within the IC, Mr. Hatcher designed, developed, and managed a federated search application called Digger, which is currently being used globally throughout the IC, Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations, Federal Law Enforcement agencies, and Homeland Security. Mr. Hatcher previously worked global human intelligence (HUMINT) issues and also supported operations in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. As an entrepreneur, he has created several innovative solutions in support of the Intelligence and Special Operations Communities to include the Disabled American Veterans Open Source Intelligence (DAV-OSINT) Program. Mr. Hatcher is a graduate of the inaugural Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) at Syracuse University.

Alexander Pelton, J.D., Corporate Counsel
Corporate Counsel and Senior Advisor for LongView, Mr. Alexander Pelton led a comprehensive Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) implementation initiative resulting in LongView's successful CMMI appraisal. He was previously a member of the BearingPoint Public Solutions Practice's High Performance Team and has supported clients including the Military Health System (MHS) TRICARE, US Navy, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and US Joint Forces Command, providing program management and advisory services in regulatory compliance, IT Governance, Quality Management, and Process Improvement. Mr. Pelton graduated with honors from the University of Colorado with a degree in Economics and Business, where he went on to earn his Juris Doctor. In legal practice, Mr. Pelton has been honored by the Boulder County Bar Association for his dedicated service to performing pro bono work on behalf of the community.

Gina Pak, Vice President Human Resources
Ms. Gina Pak has more than 11 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience. She has held various roles in Human Resources before joining LongView. She has managed human capital management and full lilfe-cycle experienced recruiting including college, international, and internship programs at various companies such as Google, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., and Hogan & Hartson, LLP.



Stanton Denman, Director Business Development
Stanton Denman has worked more than 10 years in the DC area for a number of systems integrators, primarily in association with Department of Defense. For the past two years, Mr. Denman has conducted business development work for LongView in the Law Enforcement community and Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Denman is a certified Project Management Professional, and within DHS supports the government client, in addition to having created and overseen business relationships with a number of the US Government's largest support contractors. Mr. Denman is an honors graduate from the University of New Hampshire.

Juliet Kim, Director Capture and Contracts Management
Ms. Juliet Kim has extensive experience in operations, program management, and contracts roles where she has been able to apply her skills in project management, negotiations, quality assurance, proposal operations, contract management, and procurement analysis. During her employment at Lockheed Martin and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Kim has had the opportunity to work with a variety of government customers including National Security Agency (NSA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
