Department of the Navy - Seaport-e (prime)
LTS is a SDVOSB prime contract holder for the U.S. Navy’s SEAPORT Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). We have highly-skilled resources available in four core zones – Northeast (1), National Capital (2), Gulf Coast (4) pending, Midwest (5) and Southwest (6) to fulfill requirements under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle.
SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management across seven distinct geographic regions. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP) –as well as the Office of Naval Research, United States Marine Corp (USMC), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and select others) compete their service requirements amongst over 20001800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders, of which nearly 85% are small businesses, through a streamlined and automated acquisition process. NSWC Dahlgren is the central SeaPort-e contracting office with each Activity issuing task orders independently.

LTS provides support as a subcontractor to the Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract, which allows the U.S. Army to quickly procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army’s enterprise business systems that support the warfighter. The contract comprise of business process reengineering, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation and education and training.
LTS is a subcontractor to Dell on this vehicle. We are proud to be part of their outstanding team providing small business support.
Department of the Air Force CATS (prime)
Department of the Air Force: Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Consultant Advisory Technical Services (CATS)
LTS is a proud holder of the AFMS CATS contract. AFMS CATS is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that has a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling value of $985M. The CATS contract vehicle provides timely and accurate Advisory & Assistance Support (A&AS), including medical related management and professional support services; engineering and technical services; and studies, analyses and evaluations, to the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) throughout the continental United States (including AK and HI) and its territories.
The CATS vehicle can be used by the Air Staff, Major Command and military treatment facilities, Army and Navy contracting offices that support Air Force Air Staff, MAJCOM or MTF are also authorized contract users.

National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Health and Human Services: The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)
CIO-SP3 is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract with a $20B ceiling.
CIO-SP3 provides information technology (IT) solutions and services, including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
The contract also contains general IT services as medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.
Task areas support and provide consistency with the accountability goals of the Federal Health Architecture (FHA), whereby federal agencies are to coordinate effective capital planning activities and invest in and implement interoperable health IT. LTS received an award for ALL TEN TASK AREAS under the scope of this contract:

The Pacific Joint Information Technology Center (Pacific JITC) based in Maui, Hawaii is the Military Health System (MHS) recognized center for research studies, proof of concept demonstrations and prototyping of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) products and services to support Department of Defense (DoD) medical readiness requirements and IT modernization needs across the medical continuum of care.

GSA Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS II)
General Services Administration’s 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS II), a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.
